1电缆护层接地箱/接地保护箱
1 cable sheath grounding box / ground protection box.
电缆护层直接接地箱,内电部含有、连接铜排、铜端子等,用于电缆护层的直接接地,内部无需安装电缆护层保护器。电气绝缘性能好、介电强度高、抗漏痕、抗电蚀、耐热、耐寒、耐老化、防爆等优点及良好的化学稳定性、憎水性、密封性。电缆护层直接接地箱分单相直接接地箱、三相三线直接接地箱(平时简称的电缆护层接地箱)、三相六线直接接地箱。

电缆护层保护接地箱内含有电缆护层保护器、连接铜排、铜端子等,用于电缆护层的保护接地。主保护器采用ZnO电缆护层保护器,密封结构采用硅橡胶密封,达到较高的密封防水要求。全部采用铸铝或不锈钢外壳,导体连接件采用镀锡铜排,并采用螺栓压接,安装简单,便于预防性试验时电缆金属护套与保护器间脱开。保护接地箱可安装于户外运行,不受各种异常气候的影响。电缆护层保护接地箱分单相接地保护箱、三相三线接地保护箱(平时简称的接地保护箱)、三相六线接地保护箱。

The main protector adopts ZnO cable protective layer protector, and the sealing structure adopts silicone rubber seal, which meets higher sealing and waterproof requirements. All casted aluminum or stainless steel shell, conductor connector using tin-plated copper row, and bolt pressing, easy to install, easy to prevent test cable metal sheath and protector disengagement. The protective grounding box can be installed in outdoor operation without being affected by various abnormal climates. The cable protective grounding box is divided into single-phase grounding protection box, three-phase three-wire grounding protection box (usually referred to as grounding protection box), three-phase six-wire grounding protection box.

电缆护层交叉互联保护接地箱内含有电缆护层保护器、连接铜排、铜端子等,用于电缆护层的保护接地。电缆护层交叉互联保护接地箱外壳及连接螺栓全部采用不锈钢材料,耐腐蚀性能优良。

电缆护层交叉互联保护接地箱导电连接全部采用螺栓压紧结构,安装简单,便于预防性试验时拆装。内部保护器选用硅橡磁针氧化锌电阻片保护器。导电连接件全部镀锡处理,导电性能可靠。绝缘支撑件均采用防潮处理。

电缆护层保护器应用于单芯电力电缆线路中,限制电缆金属护层上的感应过电压,确保电缆护层绝缘不被过电压击穿。

电缆护层保护器采用ZnO压敏电阻作为保护元件,没有串联间隙,保护特性好,具有优良的伏安特性曲线。
ZnO varistor is used as the protective element of the cable sheath protector. It has no series gap, good protection characteristics and excellent V-ampere characteristic curve.
4护层绝缘监视箱/电缆接地环流监测箱

护层绝缘监视箱是用于高压单芯电力电缆线路,检测电力电缆金属护套的对地电流,监视电缆护套的对地绝缘的完好情况。护层绝缘监视箱在电缆护套发生故障时,能实现报警;设有过流继电保护装置,用户可调整该装置的动作电流;设有刀开关,故障时可通过切换开关来切断故障电缆。
