电缆护层保护接地箱内含有电缆护层保护器、连接铜排、铜端子等，用于电缆护层的保护接地。主保护器采用ZnO电缆护层保护器，密封结构采用硅橡胶密封，达到较高的密封防水要求。全部采用铸铝或不锈钢外壳，导体连接件采用镀锡铜排，并采用螺栓压接，安装简单，便于预防性试验时电缆金属护套与保护器间脱开。保护接地箱可安装于户外运行，不受各种异常气候的影响。电缆护层保护接地箱分单相接地保护箱、三相三线接地保护箱（平时简称的接地保护箱）、三相六线接地保护箱。

The main protector adopts ZnO cable sheath protector, and the sealing structure adopts silicone rubber seal, which achieves high sealing and waterproof requirements. All cases are made of cast aluminum or stainless steel, and the conductor connectors are made of tinned copper bar, and bolt crimping is adopted. The installation is simple and convenient for the disconnection between the cable metal sheath and the protector during the preventive test. The protective grounding box can be installed in outdoor operation, not affected by various abnormal weather. The protective grounding box of cable sheath is divided into single-phase grounding protection box, three-phase three wire grounding protection box (usually referred to as grounding protection box) and three-phase six wire grounding protection box.
