防雷接地:当DCS系统的信号线路从室外进入室内后,在架空线引入或可能受感应雷的场合,应实施防雷接地连接。使雷击放电电流可从接地通路直接流入大地,而不影响系统的正常工作和人身安全。DCS系统防雷接地应与电气专业防雷接地系统共用,但不得与独立避雷装置共用接地装置。我们可用金属电缆管或槽铺设信号线,电缆管或金属槽有很好的接地可有效消除因信号电缆附近受到雷击,通过分布电容和电感耦合到信号线,在信号线上产生很大的脉冲干扰。
Lightning protection grounding: When the signal line of DCS system
enters the room from the outdoor, the lightning protection grounding
connection should be implemented when the overhead line is introduced or
may be induced by lightning. The lightning discharge current can flow
directly into the earth from the grounding path without affecting the
normal work and personal safety of the system. The lightning protection
grounding of DCS system should be shared with the lightning protection
grounding system of electrical specialty, but not with the independent
lightning protection device. We can use metal cable tube or groove to
lay signal line. The grounding of cable tube or metal groove is very
good, which can effectively eliminate lightning strike near signal
cable. By coupling distributed capacitance and inductance to signal
line, great impulse interference is produced on signal line.
