电缆护层交叉互联保护接地箱内含有电缆护层保护器、连接铜排、铜端子等，用于电缆护层的保护接地。电缆护层交叉互联保护接地箱外壳及连接螺栓全部采用不锈钢材料，耐腐蚀性能优良。

The cable interlayer protection interconnect box contains cable sheath protector, connecting copper bar, copper terminal and so on, which is used for protective grounding of cable sheath. The cross connection protection layer of the cable sheath is made of stainless steel and the corrosion resistance is excellent.

电缆护层交叉互联保护接地箱导电连接全部采用螺栓压紧结构，安装简单，便于预防性试验时拆装。内部保护器选用硅橡磁针氧化锌电阻片保护器。导电连接件全部镀锡处理，导电性能可靠。绝缘支撑件均采用防潮处理。

电缆护层保护器应用于单芯电力电缆线路中，限制电缆金属护层上的感应过电压，确保电缆护层绝缘不被过电压击穿。

The cable protector is applied to the single core power cable line, limiting the Induced Overvoltage on the metal shield of the cable to ensure that the insulation of the cable shield is not broken through by overvoltage.

电缆护层保护器采用ZnO压敏电阻作为保护元件，没有串联间隙，保护特性好，具有优良的伏安特性曲线。

The cable sheath protector adopts ZnO varistor as protection element. It has no series gap, good protection characteristic and excellent volt ampere characteristic curve.
